LAFAYETTE, La., Jan. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — ARC Group, Inc. (OTCQB: ARCK), the owner, operator and franchisor of the award-winningDick’s Wings & Grill® concept, announced that it opened its newest Dick’s Wings & Grill restaurant in Valdosta, Georgia on December 12, 2014.

The new Dick’s Wings & Grill is located at 1703 Gornto Road near the Valdosta Mall.  The restaurant is a free-standing restaurant with approximately 4,700 square feet of space located on approximately one acre of land.  It seats approximately 200 guests and employs 40 team members from the local area.  It features an outdoor patio area and interior bar and Dick’s Wings® extensive menu, including its signature Dick’s Wings chicken wings, duck wings and hog wings and Dick’s Blingz® boneless chicken wings in 365 mouth-watering flavors.  The kitchen serves dine-in customers as well as offering carry out and catering services.  Hours of operation are from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

“We are very excited to further expand our operations in Georgia,” stated Richard W. Akam, CEO of ARC Group, Inc.  “The new Valdosta restaurant joins our Waycross restaurant as our second Dick’s Wings restaurant in Georgia.  It is located in a high-traffic area right next to the Valdosta Mall with numerous hotels and shops less than a half a mile away.  We are very pleased with the strong turnout we have experienced since opening the restaurant just a few weeks ago.”

“Valdosta represents yet another successful conversion of an existing restaurant of another brand into a Dick’s Wings restaurant,” continued Akam.  “Conversions continue to represent a major element of our growth strategy because they are less expensive and much faster to complete.  Conversions of larger, stand-alone restaurants like our Gornto Road restaurant in Valdosta are generating interest from not only single-unit franchisees, but multi-unit restaurant franchisees as well.  Our Gornto Road restaurant joins our Dick’s Wings restaurant located at 6055 Youngerman Circle in Jacksonville as the second successful large-scale conversion that our franchisees have completed in the last 12 months.”

Dick’s Wings restaurants are family fun fooderys™ where both families and sports fans can go to enjoy a unique restaurant experience from first bite to last call™.  Dick’s Wings offers a variety of boldly-flavored menu items highlighted by its award-winning, Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings, duck wings and hog wings and its Dick’s Blingz boneless chicken wings, for which it boasts 365 mouth-watering flavors.  It also offers customers a variety of fresh sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads and signature waffle fries.  Guests enjoy these menu items in an elevated sports-themed environment with flat screen TVs located throughout the restaurants and a children’s area filled with video games and other forms of children’s entertainment.  For more information about Dick’s Wings exciting menu offering and locations, please visit its website atwww.dickswingsandgrill.com.
